HEAD CHEF: Benny Sullivan
Camden born with strong Irish roots, Benny jumped between London & Galway for most of her life before moving to Brighton over six years ago where she opened the cult favourite restaurant, Chard. She is now a Lewes resident and very happy to be creating food in what is basically her back garden!
Benny started work at 15 as a kitchen porter in a seafood restaurant on the west coast of Ireland. Here she learned the value of hard work and that every position in the kitchen is as important as the next.
