Originally from the North of England with 15 years of experience in both kitchens and bakeries. Started at the 2 rosette White Hart at Lydgate, spending time in the kitchens of the 1 star Juniper and Northcote Manor before moving to London to work at St John. After a stint in the kitchen I moved to the bakery to learn about baking under Justin Piers Gellatly.

After 7 years at St John working my way up to Head Baker I moved to Bread Ahead at Borough Market to help Justin as Head Baker. After 2 years at Bread Ahead and staging in kitchens in my spare time I made the move full time back to my first love of cooking. First at Pascere in Brighton followed by a spell as Sous Chef at the Set.

Alongside my work at Pharmacie Kitchen I am 50% of Five Star Kebabs.
