Our espresso bar will be closed the 25/12 and 26/12, reopening as usual on 27/12.

Subscriptions and delivery services will pause on 23/12 and resume from 5/1.

Established in 2014, Pharmacie is an independent coffee roaster and Espresso Bar based in Lewes, East Sussex.We roast specialty coffee with a focus on transparency, sustainability, and flavour—working closely with like-minded partners who want to serve coffee that truly stands out.It is vital to us that we honour the communities, farms, and people who grow the coffee we roast. Our coffees are named after their origins, and our packaging is designed to pay homage to those roots—because without them, there is no us.

We are proud to boast a team of tried and tested, coffee industry veterans at Pharmacie, with decades of work between us, we bring knowledge, experience and genuine passion to the roastery.

Rick - Pharmacie Director, a man who's job is impossible to describe because it's, well... a bit of everything!

Carola - Head Roaster for a decade and the power-house behind the Giesen, she's the woman responsible for the profiles we know and love.

Nicole - Marketing and Wholesale Manger, the creative mind behind our branding and the woman on the other end of wholesale communications.

And of course our incredible Espresso Bar team, pulling shots and talking all things coffee seven days at week!
