Our second Spring version of The Cure blends to very different central & south American components from Brazil and Guatemala.
With recent Brazil harvests having a new focus on agronomy & processing, unexpected flavour profiles are coming out of the region. This Bom Jardim is no different, having a super creamy, buttery body giving a super smooth espresso base. The La Pila lot is bright with notes of honey & stewed plums. This is a great stone-fruit rich espresso & gives a beautifully sweet base for milk drinks.
