This Decaf process was developed by Kurt Zosel, using liquid CO2 in place of chemical solvents. It acts selectively on the caffeine molecules, i.e. releasing the alkaloid & nothing else.
Mbuji Rock is a famous summit located in Mbinga where it is an important landmark for ancestral rites of passage. Mbinga town in remote southern Tanzania & the district which surrounds it is largely dependent on coffee for its trade with the rest of the country. The coffee is grown on Volcanic soils and has fine intrinsic qualities.
