The Spring version of our espresso blend is a real silky smooth treat, with a brighter ripe gooseberry acidity than our Winter blend, which cuts through milk beautifully.
We have been loving the last few Brazil harvests, a new focus on agronomy and processing has meant some unexpected flavour profiles coming out of the region, and the Bom Jardim is no different. On its own the coffee has a ridiculous creamy, buttery body giving a super smooth espresso base. With farmer Yusvi Edilto Aguilar Del Valle's Santa Rita lending caramel, fruity brightness, together they make the ideal Spring Espresso blend.
