Duhoho is produced by 18 small holders in Duhoho village south west of Asia’s newest independent country, East Timor. Duhoho is located in the center of Letefoho town & lead by Senhor Miguel Babo Soares. Duhoho members pay great attention to harvesting fully ripe cherries, hand-picking & processing the cherries the same day.

Extended Fermentation
Harvests go through a floater selection to eliminate insect damaged beans followed by de-pulping. After the cherries are removed, parchments are sorted again & fermented for 36 hours before being washed & sun-dried on tarpaulins.

All the green coffee beans are then sorted with a colour sorter & by hand.
