Her daughter, Cecilia & her son, Francisco, started a parallel roasting project for their mother’s coffees. They call it Café D’Eloíse, reflecting the new phase in brazil’s coffee consumption with great coffees being offered from artisan roasters. The love for the land, the respect for nature & the ever evolving farm management really defines the management of Eloise Frota.
