Hello winter my old friend.
We wanted a blend with loads of stone-fruit sweetness to remind us of the summer just past but with a kick of baker's chocolate in the finish to give comfort & backbone to milk-based drinks on a cold day.
We have let the Rwanda, Shyira component do most of the talking in this blend. produced at extremely high altitude this is a floral, buttery, complex coffee that complements the deeper cocoa notes from the Brazil, Bom Jardim.
