KongQue (Chinese for Peacock) showcases the incredible potential of Yunnan, a relatively novel coffee region.   Most people—even coffee professionals—have not encountered coffee from Yunnan

The farm gets its name ‘Morada dos Pássaros’ from the diverse range of bird species that can be found there. In English, this translates to "bird’s home." It's a fitting name for a farm that places such a strong emphasis on conservation and sustainability.

Tasting Notes:       Turkish delight, blackcurrant jam, vanilla, hazelnut and milk chocolate with a rich full body.

    About The Coffee

We're back in the blending business! We said we wouldn't do another blend but demand has been high and we've listened.

We've carefully selected and sourced our beans to create a flavour profile that will appeal to discerning palates on a longer run seasonal basis. The Cure is delicious, with an excellent balance of body and acidity, perfect as an espresso or long black, but also delicious in milk as a hot coffee or an iced drink. It's designed to be easy to dial in on both stovetop moka pots or prosumer espresso machines (Sage, Gaggia, Breville, Pavoni, etc).

Director Rick's favourite home recipe (on a Sage) is 18.5g of coffee brewed for 30-33 seconds. The cup yield is about 37g.

We know you're always on the hunt for the next great coffee experience, and we're confident that The Cure will not disappoint.
